All sales are final, absolutely no refunds. Exchanges will only by accepted due to manufacturer defects.
My item is defective! What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges will only be accepted due to manufacturer defects identified within the first 10 days of receipt of merchandise and for a replacement item. In most cases, warranties will be honored by the manufacturer, not warrickcustomhobbies.com. In the case of an exchange of merchandise to the store, the customer will be reponsible for shipping the item back to warrickcustomhobbies.com. Warrickcustomhobbies.com will then ship the replacement item back to you. If the item is classified as defective from the manufacturer, your shipping expense will be refunded to you and a replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost. If the item is determined to not be defective, the customer will be liable for replacement of parts and/or repairs should they so decide.
