Shipping Policy

Q. How soon are items shipped?

   A. All orders are shipped within three business days of the receipt of an order. Email inquiries sent on the weekend will be answered on the following Monday, Tuesday in the event of a holiday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, Tuesday in the event of a holiday.

Q. Can I ship to an alternate address?

    A. Sorry, all items must be shipped to the billing address on your credit card.

Q. How are items shipped?

   A. All of our products are shipped via UPS Ground, unless a shipping upgrade is requested. Shipping upgrades can be requested at checkout.

Q. This is a gift. Can I have it shipped directly to the recipient?

   A. Yes, as long as you contact your credit card issuer and add the address as an alternate address on the account.

Q. What if my item is damaged in shipping?

   A. In the event of shipping damage, all charges will be reimbursed by the shipping company to us. We will then ship a replacement item to the customer. All shipments are automatically insured for the full amount of the product.

Q. Do you ship to international addresses?

   A. We do ship to international addresses, however, we do not accept international credit cards. All credit card payments must be drawn on a U.S. bank with a U.S. billing address. We also do not ship to alternate addresses. Therefore, international shipments must be paid for with a money order or bank check. International orders will require additional postage. Please include your e-mail address with your order and you will be contacted with a shipping quote.
